Broadcast Management is hired by the Talent/Actor as their representative and therefore has no responsibilities in withholding taxes and paying superannuation. The Australian Taxation Office regards the "End User" (The Client) as Talent/Actor employer. Unless previously agreed with Broadcast Management, the Client is responsible for all taxation obligations and Super contributions associated with each specific job, in accordance with the Australian Taxation Office's "Pay As You Go" (PAYG) Withholding Guidelines for Performing Artists Agents, Advertising Agencies and Advertisers, and with the current Superannuation Legislation. Special types of usage such as Posters (POS), Billboards, Bus Shelters, Brochures, Magazine Inserts, Packaging, Internet, etc all require payment of additional fees. These fees are quoted according to the product and usage length. All final images are to be used for the purpose for which it was originally negotiated between The Client and Broadcast Management. The Client has total responsibility to notify Broadcast Management of any intended usage before the commencement of the shoot. Any further extension of usage or territory must be immediately notified to and negotiated with Broadcast Management. Any image used without written authorisation or prior approval from Broadcast Management will be subject to legal proceedings.

At no time does ownership of any image of the Talent revert to either the Photographer or the Client and said images can only be used where Usage fees have been agreed and paid to the Talent via Broadcast Management. The photographer is not entitled to use any of the images he/she takes for any use beyond that agreed in the Booking Confirmation accepted by the Client under section "Usage". The photographer to this extent agrees to restrict use of his/her copyright, and if the Client is not a photographer, the client is to draw these terms and conditions to the attention of the photographer and to obtain their agreement prior to the commencement of the shoot. Photographers may not use Test Photography for any commercial purpose unless specific arrangements have been made with Broadcast Management in writing. Photo approval for portfolio use by photographer must be attained from Broadcast Management.
Some specific products are likely to attract higher fees, e.g. cigarettes, alcohol, sleepwear, underwear etc. Please check the fees before booking the Talent/Actor.
The total hours that Talent/Actor is booked are the minimum hours that Talent/Actor must be paid for. The Talent/Actor must be paid for the original hours booked regardless of whether the job was completed early. If the job takes longer than the original booking, then overtime/penalty rates will apply. Where a shoot may finish up to 19 minutes past the hour, no extra hour will be billed. At 20 minutes and over, an extra full hour will be added to the billing at the appropriate rate and for any subsequent hours. If the total hours for a booking are reduced by The Client with less than Two Working Days Notice, cancellation fees will apply.
